Will be getting a 200 Gallon Tank with 1 Orino PB 2 Oscars would there be enough room for another tank mate without stress?

the oscars should be fine for life.the bass max size is 24? your tank is 24 deep? could get tight in a few years.maybe some fast dithers? start with maybe 3- 5-6 inch SD?

I think you are fine with that stock. or you could get a bottom dweller, to be at the bottom of the tank. Pbass can get pretty big.
