So I was thinking today and came up with what I think is the perfect stock for my "Self Given" Christmas Gift.
Hopefully I'll have a tank somewhere between 125-150. and Here's what I want to put in it.

Rainbow Cichlid pair
Super Red Jewel Cichlid Pair
Balzani Cichlid Pair
Nicaraguan Cichlid Pair
*Maybe some Black Angel

Black Ghost Knife
Columbian Tetra School
Serpae Tetra School
3 Clown Loaches
3 Corydoras (I already have them I just don't what kind they are)
Clown Pleco
2 Bristle-nose Pleco
3 Bumblebee Catfish

Any objections?

What is your pairs start to breed? I think you have way too many fish in a 150 even if they don't breed. But if you do go with that stock, you need some massive filtration and expect some deaths along the way. That BGK might not survive with a jewel pair.

I thought the same thing but I was hoping the pleco would eat the egggs at night.

What if I just get the Nicaraguan pair, Rainbow pair, a Jewel cichlid, Firemouth, and Balzani

I'd leave out the balzani. They need a cool down period to thrive and are not on the same par aggression wise with the others in the tank. I think it could work as long as the jewel pair isn't psycho when breeding.

an those knives will get huge.

If you want anything else to thrive in that tank I would skip the jewel pair all together. The pleco won't have much luck at eating the eggs.....I had a pair that tore a pleco to pieces. They are beautiful fish but best kept as a single breeding pair per tank.

sounds like a plan to me. Balzani are very peaceful I kept a yellow one in the past.
Jewel cichlids? they arent as bad as you think. I had a breeding pair in with a bunch of american cichlids and they didnt even beat anyone up, the other fish just left them to their cave and they had hundreds of babies. and these were BIG jewels, the male was almost 7"

I have a shoal of 8 columbian tetras in my 225 and they are beautiful.

I only getting one Black Ghost Knife

I doubt they're that bad I've seen them in other tank paired up but I'll take your comment into consideration.

My Columbian Tetra school only consists of 3 at this time. :(
I can't wait to see my vision come to life.
Should I do black sand of white sand.

That could just be me but that sounds like a lot of pairs. I personally don't think you should have more than two pairs in a tank of that size. I would say to pick two pairs and go with that. The pleco might eat a few eggs but don't just count on that solving all the aggression problems.
