Stock Ideas. need rare and unique fish

So im getting ready to setup 2 1,000 gallon ponds and need large attractive, rare or very unique fish for my store and im trying to come up with a list for freshwater right now but saltwater is still up in the air if there are any suggestions.
So far for the freshwater i have
Arrowanas probly a silver for now but jardini is the one i want.
A couple of Datnoids,
Various Bichirs,
some Payara,
I want to get African Tiger Fish later if i come across one,
some types of freshwater Barracuda,
various Catfish,
and some Knife fish.

but give me some other nice ones im not thinking of.

that one i deffinatly try and get. i can always get a bigger pond. lol

i get some peacock bass and a lungfish most likly to.
