Stock my tank!

Im considering too restock my tank.
Idea would be to take the cichlids out and put them in another tank.
Only fish that would stay would be 1 african pike, 1 Channa obscura, 1 NGT and 2 Allenbatrachus grunniens.
The dimensions are 64'' x 32'' x 28''.

Would like a setup without or with only a few cichlids.

Any ideas?

i'd take out the odoe.
without it you have a much bigger range of fish you can keep.

how about a school of tats?
 
Hmm my odoe is very friendly to other fish.
He has never attacked any of his tankmates.
Tats are very hard to get here in germany.
How many could i put in the tank?
Any other suggestions?
 
odoes usually only attack silvery fish.
you could probably keep 10 in that tank depending on the filtration.
 
Yeah i know about that. But mine doesnt. He eats everything he can, if its to big for him, he leaves it alone.
Tats would be cool, but as i said, they are hard to get here.
What else could i put in the tank?
Ive always had many cichlids in all my tanks, think its time to change that.
I do love my cichlids and would never give them away but this time i want a tank with other fish.

Oh, i forgot, decoration is sand with a loooot of driftwood and fake plants.

Hmm i dont know thats why i asked.
i just wanted to know what other people would stock the tank with, yo know?
just to get a little inspiration.
 
well,i wouldnt know what fish are available in germany.
but if i were you,i'd get rid of those fish,
and keep an african aro,a few tats,a spotted gar or two and maybe a bunch of dats and some pbass.

Cool combination, although i thougt the tank would be too small for pbass.
Lets see if otherpeople tell me how they would stock the tank.
 
well.
yea,it may be a lil small for many of some of the fish i stated.
but it makes a great growout and will last for pretty damn long.
