stock tank pond?

hey everyone. I saw someone in another thread mention using livestock water tanks as cheap ponds. I found a 610gallon one for 220$ (http://www.ntotank.com/610gastta9x2.html)
and I was wondering if I would be able to use it as an indoor pond. Would I need to build any type of stand or anything?
And would it be able to keep a silver arowana for life?

8ft diameter. You must have a big room to keep it in. That's actually a good price. Just shipping that thing will cost you probably just as much. Unless there local then your set!
