How well would this stock of convicts work together in 100 gallon tank?

  1. 1 albino tiger oscar/ max possible size: 14 inches
  2. 2 blood-red parrot fish/ max possible size: 8 inches each
  3. 1 jack dempsey/ max possible size: 10 inches
  4. 1 breeding pair of convicts/ max possible size: 4 inches each
  5. 1 african butterfly fish/ max possible size: 5 inches
  6. 1 albino bristle nose pleco/ max possible size: 6 inches
  7. 1 clown pleco/ max possible size: 4 inches
  8. 1 common pleco/ max possible size: 18 inches
Total Inches if full grown: about 81 inches

Any suggestions for more fish or tweaking this plan?

The inch of fish per gallon thing doesn't work, the rule was created with skinny small fish in mind like neon tetras. Bulky fish like cichlids create much more waste. Your list would be way too many fish for a 100 gallon tank. Bioload would be insane when fully grown. And some of the fish on your list wouldn't work well, namely the butterfly fish, the pair of convicts, and the common pleco. The butterfly would get torn to shreds most lilkely, the pair of convicts once breeding would dominate and quite possibly kill the other fish (even larger ones- they are ruthless), and the common pleco would get too large.
A better list would be
1. 1 Oscar
2. 1 blood parrot
3. 1 jack Dempsey (might work, might be too aggressive)
3. 2 bristlenose pleco (clown may be too small, get eaten)
This is about the amount of fish you can fit. You could replace the Dempsey with a severum which would probably be a bit less aggressive. JD's usually work ok with Oscars in my experience though.
