Stocking 110 with Mbunas

It's about that time to begin stocking and wanted to hear some input on how many, what species I can mix, male to female ratio etc, etc
and if I could mix any of these
Cyrtocara C. morrii
Labidochromis (sp. Hongi, caeruleus, perlmutt, Mbamba)
Labeotropheus trawavasae
Metriaclima fainzilberi, lombardoi
Pseudotropheus sp. Acei
