Stocking 150gal. tank?

I am upgrading from a 55 gallon tank to a 150 gallon and don't know what to put in it. I am leaning twards a predatory tank and have concidered peacock bass, arowana, piranah, sabertooth payara, and oscars. I am planning setting the tank up with a sand bottom, real plants, and some good driftwood. I would appreciate suggestions on who should occupy the tank and any setup tips.
