I got a 75 gallon tank yesterday for only $50! I'm not going to set it up until I move into my new place in a week or so, but I can't decide what to stock it with. I know for sure I'm putting both of my 3" clown loaches in it. I'd really like to put some interesting fish in there, like maybe a knife fish or fire eel. Any suggestions?

a school of angel fish, and some discus would be nice with the clown loaches. forget the knife fish as some could be very aggresive towards other tankmates.

i would say an african brown knifefish they stay small and are very peaceful
my stock would be
2x clown loaches
1x african brown knifefish
6x angelfish

Are you sure brown african knife stays small? I was at a fish store in St. Louis a couple weeks ago and seen one in a tank with an arowana and several other large fish, the knife was about 18" long and 8" tall. Is there another knife similar to the african brown knife?
