Stocking a 180 w

I have three cobras and would like to add
2 redheads
1 redterror
1 birchir
1 pleco

All fish would be the same size and introduced at the same time

What type of pleco would be best

Do you want a pleco for looks or just to help with the algae?

If both, Hypostemus(sp?) is a good one and cheap too. They are a caramel color with dark brown spots, they look good and clean algae pretty good. Don't quote me, but I think they max out at around 8-10"

Go with Royal plecs if you can. They are deep bodied, grow larger, and still eat the algae. Everything else does sound pimp, but like Rob said, go with SA if you can!! You could try one of the Knifefish, SA has tons of them! BTW....if your talking redhead geophagus, you might have troubles with the redterror....

Royals are awesome, but if that's the route you go, be prepared for tons of 'sawdust'. I had a large watermelon royal that would clog filters all the time with wood particles.
