Alright i have a 10g tank with a male betta 4 guppies and a rubber lip pleco everyone gets along very well i have a 29g tank theyll be going into soon and i want some stocking ideas to add in along with them

Rasboras and danios would be my pick. Nice school of 10 or so . Lots of pretty species. Avoid barbs and most tetras with your long, flowy-finned fish, as they can be fiin nippers.
You could also add a couple true siamensis algae eaters. But be sure to get the true siamensis and not Chhinese algae eaters, which get large and aggressive.
Most small, peaceful community fish would do fine with your stock.

I would leave the 10g for the betta all for himself.

Many more options for the 29g without the betta I would think.
Stronger filtration, much more varieties of small peaceful schooling fish to go along with your pleco and the guppies.

Are the guppies all one sex? If not, they'll fill up the 29 fairly quickly...

+1 on leaving the betta in the 10 gallon.

If you want to keep the betta in there and you have a glass top on the 29g, you could get a bunch of hatchets for the top, maybe 6-8 of them and if you have sand or the likes for substrate, get a bunch of corys.

The guppies arent all one sex im thinking about getting rid of them possibly i like the betta and dont really want to run 3 tanks i have a 55 and a 10 running now and im replacing the 55 with a 125 soon for my cichlids

Since no one else has mentioned them, killifish would do well in a 29, as would wild type Betta's.

Gularis killfish (Fundulopanchax sjoestedti) above, Betta albimarginatta below
