Stocking advice please!

Hello all! I need some stocking advice.
I currently have a 125 gallon tank. The inhabitants are 5 polypterus (2 ornate, 1 Delhezi, 1 Weeksi, and 1 Senegal).
I also have an 8" Polleni and a 5" JD.
Everyone seems to get along with no major scuffles.

I am looking for something to put in there to give the tank some movement. It always seems I am staring at an empty tank except for feeding time lol.

I used to have an Oscar in there but he would terrorize everyone so now he has his own tank. This week I tried a pair of blood Parrots but perhaps they were too small because they got beaten up pretty badly so I removed them too.

Does anyone have any ideas of something I can try that may work?

I dont think it can be anything too small... whenever I try to put feeders one of them (can't figure out who) will kill every single one of them. I wake up to a bloodbath. It has to be able to stand up to everything but not be a big bully either.
