Hello all I am wondering what everyone thinks of the final stock of my monster tank. 6' x 2' x 30"

current stock is 1 firemouth, 1 blue acara, 3 pictus cats, 6 giant danios.
final stock as of now will be: 1 firemouth, 2 blue acara, 1 or 2 EBJD, 3 pictus, and 6 giant danios.

The last fish I am looking at adding is a pleco. I am looking for a more rare one that will look good with my stock. I have a couple but on another site I was flamed for wanting to keep a 2ft fish in my tank. here are the L numbers for the plecos. I want your opions on the pleco you would chose. L128, L091, L090, L134, or L200.

Its nice that you decided not to overstock. I personally like Lo91, they are attractive and get decently sized. honestly i think you could get a bit more in there, they dont have to be cichlids but some fish that get a bit larger will help keep your tank from looking so empty. Or you could always add more decorations. other than that I truly applaud you for not going out and filling the tank with red tail cats and arrowana =)

I am working on more deco. mostly driftwood and slate. I know that I would love an redtail cat. but also know the tank is not big enough for its life. what other fish would you suggest. The only other fish I know I like is the orange head geos, fire ell, and some birchirs, but alot of the fish I have stay towards the bottom so I would be looking for fish that swim on the upper levels.

make sure that EBJD is bigger then the other fish becuse he will get bullyed.

My tank is almost the same size as yours and I have a 14 inch Pleco and the tank makes him look small. Get a Pleco and enjoy.

pjs I am getting a pleco just having a hard time figuring what kind I want. I can get any from online but the price is what keeping looking around.

If I were you I'd scrap your current setup and get 10-15 clown loaches, an endli or ornate poly, and a nice big pair of something. A synspilium pair would look sick in there, anyways nice tank

I like the setup, although I would've gone with a male Geo steindachneri instead of the firemouth
