Stocking for 55 gal

Looking for a list of the SA/CA cichlids that I can keep in my 55.

Preferably to breed, so a breeding pair in the 55. As I do have fry tanks ranging from 30-10 gals.

maybe salvini, if you were to go african a pair of 5 star generals would be awesome aka hemichromis elongatus pound for pound the nastiest cichlid on the planet and pretty to boot!-)
