I currently have a 150 with a 40 gallon sump. 2 golden oscars about 6-7 inches and 1 albino oscar 2 inches. They get along great for now. There are also 2 crayfish in there roaming the bottom with plenty of hiding spots. I am wondering what else I can put in there with them. The tank is 6 foot long 18 deep and 24 high. I tried silver dollars at the same time I put the little oscar in and they got torn to shreads. Also tried tinfoil barbs. They were kinda small but not smaller than the albino oscar and they left him alone. its weird i got the SD and tinbarbs and they all get eaten and the little oscar swims with the 2 bigger oscars like they are a little family. I dont get it. Any suggestions on tank mates would be great.

those crayfish will be a nice treat for those oscars shortly, mine used to love them. i would put in a florida or spotted gar. may a tig. an arowana or clown knife. just some suggestions. maybe some exotic plecos. have fun w/ it

I would say rd.but it probaly wont work so id go with jackdempseys

Id say just leave it at the three Oscars for cichlids... you wouldnt want anything to kick the ass of your goldens. I would say a convict or centrarchus would be okay though.

three o's is plenty for the tank

dont put convicts in if they breed they can take up half of the tankl no matter how big the other fish are. and dont go for rd's they can be evil. Jacks are definetly the way to go. they are a little more than mild tempered but can be beutiful some have great personalities:D

Jack. Single. And a single con would be good too. You dont have room for more than one more fish, and to tell you the truth, I wouldnt add anything.

I wouldn't add anything else either. 3 oscars will fill out that tank soon enough. BTW, the dimensions of the tank sound like a 135, not 150. Jack Dempseys and Oscars work good together but I would lose one oscar if you add a JD.
