Stocking Help

I have been thinking a lot lately on what to stock the future tank I am just waiting on the windows to arrive

1400 Tank

2-3 Oscars
3-4 peacock bass
1 Silver arowana
1 Dovii
2 common plecos
5-6 tinfoil barbs

what do ya think of this stock idea ? I was worried about the dovii in the setup the most everything else should get along well right ??


I only plan on keeping my 225 for my jack dempsey an some smaller SA/CA cichlids that is also why the dovii is going in the 1400 tank

I doubt the Dovii will work.

The plecos are pretty useless IMO, I would get something a bit more interesting. At least a more fancy variety of Pleco. You can also add some bottom dwellers, maybe a large bichir or 3 (I'm not positive about the compatibility though)

Ya I was worried th Dovii wouldn't work

the only reason I have the common plecos is because i have had them for 5 years now an are 17"
