any stocking ideas for a 90 gallon tank that will eventually be a reef?

im thinking
1 zebra eel
1 yellow tang
2 clownfish
6 green or blue chromis
3 banggai cardinals
1 powder blue tang

i will not get them all i one period of time i will gradually add them to my tank

Your Zebra Eel will most likely munch on those smaller fish.

zebra eels don't bother fish like other eels, they eat shellfish
well at least thats what i thought

Whats the scientific name of your zebra eel? Is it the snowflake?

i don't have one yet its a ZEBRA MORAY EEL!
NOT a SNOWFLAKE EEL they are two different eels together

Gymnomaurena zebra the zebra eel.. i doubt it goes by any other common names..

saide from possibly eating small fish (which ANY opportunistic predator will do) he'll very likely knock over some rocks and corals

not to mention they really get to big for a 90 gallon, much less one that needs to maintain reef level water quality.. they are MESSY fish

Yeah, i would stay away from an eel at the moment, you sure you have the right stuff to take care of all that?

i would start out with the chromis's, then by some others a month later.

What happend to your goby(or was it a blenny?)? did you give him back? do you plan on keeping/getting him back?

no goby or blenny
ive got a three striped damsel if thats what you mean
i plan on keeping him if he doesn't attack all my other fish when i add them
