Stocking Ideas

I have a 210 gallon with
2x florida gar 9"
1x silver aro 15"
1x NTT 5"
2x motoros 4-5"

I want something to fill the middle area. The tank is somewhat tall and the gar like to hang out on the bottom and the dat hides. What can I get to occupy the middle?

Oscars are way to common and I have lost interest in them. I have tried Pbass aswell, but they eat and move too fast for the gar.
