I got my 90g up and running! right now the current stock is:

1x Jack Dempsey 4"
1x Amph Red Isletas 5-6"
1x Clown Loach 3"
1x Common Pleco 3"-4"
1x Channel Catfish 4"-5"

I plan on getting rid of my red isletas though, he's been bullying the fish ever since i moved him into the bigger tank (i thought bigger tanks reduce agression but he was less aggressive in the 40g grow out) so what CA/SA cichlids should i add once i get ride of him? (I already plan on adding more clown loaches)

Convict, Firemouth, GT? Dimensions would possibly determine if you could go with something a bit bigger.

With the isletas, youre about maxed out if you want a relatively problem free tank. A few more loaches for the short term might work, but thats about all id add to a 4ft tank.

Ditch the pleco and channel cat (because they get big fast) and the isletas and then you could add a few more smaller cichlids as white15 mentioned.
