I have a 210 gal tank with a 12 inch oscar 7 inch jd 7 inch flag tail 10 inch salfin pleco 4 inch bristle nose pleco and a very friendly 6 inch flower horn if I can add anymore fish what would your suggestions be

My suggestion would be not to add anymore fish. IMO you've got plenty going on there already. What water change schedule do you have to keep your nitrates at a manageable level?

I do Water changes twice a week and the nitrates are at a stable level

It seems to me you're pretty full already but if you were going to add anything ID make it a bottom dweller like bichir or catfish. Or trade out the pleco for something more interesting like bichir/cat
