Stocking in my 135 gallon

Ok, so I have 1 green severum, 1 carpinte, 1 GT and 1 JD with 2 silver dollars for dithers in my 135. I'm running 2 emperor 400 biowheels and do a 40% water change weekly. They are all under 4 inches at the moment and I was wondering what everyones opinion on this setup is. Will it work in the long run? I'm mainly concerned with bioload.

it is fine, and it should work in the long run, emperor 400's, are very reliable and good powerfilters, you should be fine.
