I'm getting ready to move to a Bigger house soon. I'm not sure how much time I will have between tearing down my tanks and setting them back up again so I am going to LFS my kids. I am trying to decide what to put back into the tanks once they are set back up. I have some ideas but would like to see what other people might think. I prefer breeders. Always nice to watch the whole circle of life thing. That tanks are 125, 100, 55, 29, 29.

What would you put in them?

I like many things... But Cichlids come to mind most obviously...

I would like Coryphaenoides somewhere in there... :)

OOooo..

Some Sajica, Too.... Man the possibilities in this space :)

Too many right now floating...

thats like asking some one "what kind of clothes should I buy?" Every one has their own flavor. what do you prefer? peaceful, community, aggressive? If money is not an issue, I would get the most rare.
If you have ideas, maybe we can give you pros and cons.

:iagree: Still it is fun to get ideas :) Sometiems you get suggestions that you wouldn't have even known about had a thread like this not been posted :)

Personally I would grow out a group of juvie Grammodes in the 125 and keep a pair. As for the others...well maybe a community of smaller to medium-sized central americans in the 100 and a salvini breeding pair in the 55 and maybe dwarf pikes in the 29s.

What I currently run is up until this morning a breeding pair of carpintis in the 100, a breeding colony of nicholsi in a 29, I'm growing out cubans and motags in the 125 right now, growing out some carpintis fry in the 55, and I've got a pair of firemouths in the other 29. Shold give you an idea of my tastes. Yes,, I do have ideas of how I would like to set things back up when the time comes. Input is simply because maybe there's something I haven't thoght of yet..

I really do like grammodes too. They're one of the species I have been considering.
