I'm thinking of stocking my 120 with angelfishes, clown loaches, and maybe neon tetras. Any suggestions or advices?

Aww really? Any small pretty school fishes that I can keep with angel fishes then?

Red eye tetra, pristella tetra, bleeding heart tetra, pencil fish, and hatchet fish, just to name a few. Or some medium size rainbow.

Thanks! I'm planning to add a few blue rams in there too. Those little buggers are just too cute.

Just a suggestion, a great schooling tetra would be either bloodfin tetra or rummynose tetra. I currently have bloodfin tetra and they easily stay packed together, and I'm getting a pack of rummynose and have seen them pack up as well. I've also read that both on occasion will school together, which would be pretty awesome to see two different kinds of fish together all in a pack! Just a thought I'd give.

Thanks for the great suggestion! I was planning to keep neon tetras, but was hesitant because they are a little too small, and they don't seem to school very well. I bought 12 for my gf's planted tank and they just scattered around. Was pretty dissupointed, despite the fact that they are quite pretty. I've read that rummynose tetras are great schooling fishes, so i've been dying to get a pack for my tank as well.

rummies are great schooling fish. take a look at lemon tetras. I have 25 and they are always together. they move around the tank as one. they will color up a lot once they are in your tank.

have you looked into columbian tetras or diamond tetra?
