was wondering if it would be ok to keep these 3 fish in a 29 gallon by themselves? I’d be doing 30% weekly water changes and doing some research none of these guys seem to get over 4 inches or so
No. Three cichlids will quickly become one, especially in a small tank. You'll probably end up with the auratus left, they are one of the most aggressive mbunas.
