Stocking suggestions. All help appreciated

Hi Guys.
New to the forums, have been having a read around but I cant really make up my mind.
Just got my FW tank and would love some suggestions on what to stock it with.

My tank is 121 litres (31 x 14 x 16”)

I am not opposed to just having a single fish, or a pair.
I have not started to decorate my tank in anyway as of yet, So I am free to design it towards the type of fish I choose.
