Stocking suggestions for 120 gallon

It's been a while since I've kept fish and my lonely 120 gallon that I bought ages ago I'm basically leaving in my mom's living room because she likes it so much.

So my question is, what fish can I stock in it that I don't have too many demands? I'm specifically looking for maybe just one single big hardy fish to keep in it.

The filtration is pretty good, Rena Xp3 175 gallon filter. Basic pebble gravel with plenty of debris to hide or around at the bottom.

I'd go with a Jag, Oscar, or Red Devil ... if you only want one fish in it.

I actually started this tank out with a couple of Red Tiger Oscars. I was thinking of going with one again but wanted to try something different.

The Jag is very tempting...

Fish that don't have too many demands? tough one, since most all fish do, but i'd go with a midas/red devil.

I would love to keep a Wolf Fish but I believe they're illegal to own down in FL where I live.
