I have a 75 with some fish already in it I was just looking for some suggestions. I currently have a 6 inch blood parrot, 2 convicts BP hybrids 3 inch and a female green terror 4 inch. my nitrate level run 20-30 ppm on a weekly 30% water change.

I’d up your waterchanges to 50-60% or two 30% waterchange a week. Really whatever keeps your nitrates under 20ppm before your next waterchange. The fish you already have stocked have some growing to do and will eventually fill the 75 on their own.

sounds good I have been thinking about it and get a lot mixed answers.I just wanting to give the fish a good life. Do you think if I can get the nitrate in check I could add a male white convict.

You are already over stocked imo, I would be looking at which fish to remove, not add. Your fish are all half-sized or under, and nitrates are already over what I would allow in my tanks. When your GT is 10" and bulky, your BPs are chunky 8" fish, you're going to need to do large WCs to stay under 20, maybe 2 a week.
A 75 is usually recommended as a minimum tank for a single green terror. Especially If yours is a male, you may have aggression issues with the other cichlids as it grows.
Sounds like you do want to do good by the fish; I would stop buying fish and increase your WCs to 60% for now. See if that keeps nitrates below 20 by the time next water change comes around.

Alright the green terror is a female she spawns with my blood parrot
Thats good, a female will stay much smaller. The breeding aggression may be another force to reckon with though. Something to keep an eye on as the fish grow.

Yea I the green terror doesn’t get that bad but I can really tell with the blood parrot.
