i am hopefully getting a 50G and want to have a salvini cichlid, green terror and a green texas cichlid, will these all get along?

i also want to put 4 clown loach, a bichir, a fire eel and a snakehead in here.

will all this work? is there too many fish in there? i thought i'd put this in the cichlid section as my main concern are the cichlids getting on.

thanks-sorry for all the questions:D

What snakehead and bichir do you have? Tank is going to overstock levels.

planning to get rainbow snakehead and cuvier bichir. on a website (www.thinkfish.co.uk and go onto calculators) i put in my tank dimensions and what type of filter i would get and apparently i can hold 320cm of fish and with my idea i am only using about 200cm full grown.

i have quite a few bottom dwelling fish they would'nt fight would they provided there are enough terriotries?

thanks
Matt

I had only assumed your SH could be the larger ones. I do not have experience on the rainbow SH so I won't comment however here's a thread on the possibility of the mix.:)

If SH's can be aggressive, there is no point keeping the clown loaches there. The cichlids might be able to defend themselves when full-grown but a 50g just do not have enough space it seems.

thanks

i have read that rainbow snakeheads are not always agressive. would it reduce agresion if i put the snakehead in last?

thanks
