Yeah, lots. You being in CA will limit your options, so check any of these against the prohibited list first:
Dwarf Sunfish (Enneacanthus species)
Bantam Sunfish (Lepomis symmetricus)
Orange-spotted Sunfish (L. humilis)
Pygmy Sunfish (Elassoma species)
Golden Topminnow (Fundulus chrysotus)
Starhead Topminnows (F. notti and F. dispar)
Blackstripe Topminnow (F. notatus)
Blackspotted Topminnow (F. olivaceus)
various other Fundulus species
Bluefin Killifish (Lucania goodei)
Pygmy Killifish (Leptolucania ommata)
Least Livebearer (Heterandria formosa)
Mudminnows (Umbra species)
Madtoms (Noturus species)
Sailfin Shiners (Pteronotropis species)
Fathead Minnows (Pimephales species)
Swamp Darter (Etheostoma fusiforme)
Iowa Darter (E. exile)
Johnny Darter (E. nigrum)
