So according to this i will be a little over stocked, potentualy i could face major probs if i get alot of pairs; but could it work, would you do anything different?

IMO if you get all those fish at a small size it will work, until, like you say,you get pairs. at which point you decide which fish need to go, be it the pair, the trouble maker the least significant one. my tank will be a over stocked when my fish reach maturity, however, it gives you chance to choose the stock you want for definate, instead of thinking i wish i'd added that - then trying to add it to a mature aquarium, where the fish have teritories, larger sizes and more aggression, and finding out that you cannot add any fish as they will be bullied or even killed. then your stuck with a huge aquarium with minimal fish in it.

What i'm saying is get the fish you want now, while they can be introduced at a small size, and later on decide upon you full stocking. as its more than likely a couple of years maybe months down the line you'll want to change - add or remove fish. this can be done with ease.

addicted, it was a list of my dream stock, i was after input as to if it would work any experiances with these fish together, if i should get rid of any try x instead of y kinda things

Your stock is fine. You will just need to remove some of the fish as they get older if they are getting bullied.

I don't think the Severums will last once they all start to grow. My Jack kicked the crap out of my severum once it got big enough. I ended up giving the severum away. If you buy large severums you may be ok. They grow slow so if you get them the same size as everything else they will soon be out grown.

i have the sevs already, my female is about 4.5 inches, and i am letting her choose a mate, they are currently only around 2 inches though, growing fast imo about an inch in 6 weeks, they have about another 8 weeks before this tank will be up and ready to add fish, they they have a bit more time to grow and i will make sure that any new fish i get i will make sure that they are smaller than the sevs, thanks for your input, anything else i should be aware of?
