Anyone think a midas would work with me stock?
125, can upgrade sometime
1 oscar
2 sengels
1 fire eel, 10 inches. Doesent grow lol it's a short body or dwarf
2 Raphael cats
It's a true midas

How big is the Oscar and how big is the Midas?

Midas would be 2 or 3 inches, oscars maybe 7 or so

It could work but I see one of two things happening. Either Oscar eats Midas or or Midas grows and starts beating on the Oscar. But if every one has enough hiding places it should be cool

Okay thanks. I'm hoping it works lol. The oscar isn't to aggresive towards bigger fish like that, I feed him like... Half inch feeder cons. Thanks

Ive had midas and oscars all the time. My only concern is your oscar is a bit big. You cant get a bigger midas? If they both had been small or oscar just a tad bigger i would have said no problem.

Yeah once Midas grow it will destroy Oscar I had mine in a 180 and it wasn't enough for both Oscar and Midas.

I'm ordering the midas. My O won't eat them. I've had 2 inch terrors a week or so ago and he never looked at them lol so hopefully I get a nice midas
