1 large fire eel
1 large peacock eel
2 silver dollar
1 green terror
1 veija Argentina
1 rainbow cichlid
1 jack dempsey
All juvenile cichlids
Any long term problems
No aggressive behavior
I water change every other week
I have 2 fx6 for filtration
Was also wondering about decor hides or open tank

Granted, a lot of your stock is still small but even so that seems to be quite a cluttered tank already imo. Your every other week water changes may work now but long term you need to think about stepping it up. Keep tabs on your nitrate creep between water changes and alter your schedule accordingly as the fish grow.

The cichlids may cause issues as they grow too and start to claim their own territories. Breaks in line of sight may help but like I said your tank is pretty cluttered as it. Do you really need to be adding large rocks, driftwood or other decor which is going to take away valuable swimming space and clutter it even more?

Time will tell as your fish mature.

In my experience, once the argentea (if a male) hits about 7", it will kill (or try to kill) all the other cichlids in the tank.
It probably won't bother the eels, and maybe not the SDs.
BTW, argentea are one of my favorite cichlids, but I find they need a species only tank, with a lot os current (strong flow) to temper their innate territoriality.

I see all your cichlids at this time are young and small, so your water change routine may be adequate at this time.
But as they grow water changes will need to reflect their larger sizes, and growing waste output.
As Rocksor pointed out filtration takes care of ammonia and nitrite.
But it does not remove nitrate. (slightly less toxic, but not non-toxic)
By the time those cichlids hit adult size, if it were me (and I have a couple 180 gal tanks with adult cichlids),
I'd plan on doing a 30-40% minimal water change every few days.
