Lately, my arowana has been acting weird. It would be fine for a few hours, then, a few hours after eating, it would start wriggling into the side of the tank. Sometimes I would see it jerk its body, and a piece of feces would fly out. Could it be that something is stuck in its intestine and it has trouble egesting? If it's stomach problems, are there any treatments?

Freeze dried shrimp? Are you talking about brine shrimp or market shrimp? Either way, sounds like it might be the dried shrimp.
I'm not aware of any treatments if it can't pass the food or if it's being damaged by a sharp piece of shrimp shell other than to suggest you stop feeding it that food.
