Stopping the Oscar from dominating all the worms?

Oscar, EBJD, Green Terror, and Pleco in a 90g aquarium. When I drop mealworms into the tank my Oscars immediately goes into flight mode. Even when I put the meal worms on a tray beforehand and drop them in different points in the tank at once to "fool" the O, he still seems to see, and devour all the worms before anyone else gets a chance. Is this just an inevitable situation, or is there a way to allow some of the other Cichlids a chance at the worms?

Well first off, your dropping Cheeseburgers in there. Perhaps buy fat night crawlers and drop one for your Oscar then proceed to feed the rest (Oscar normally take their time eating fat ones) or just drop them in as a whole and let the feast begin.
