storing a tank in my garage?

I bought a new bigger tank, but are taking my time setting it up. still wanna clean it and paint the back and whatnot before I move it from my garage and into my house.

its getting pretty cold here at night, up in canada, and I was just wondering if i should be concern at all the cold atmosphere effecting the tank or silicone?

I had a tank that survived 5 Chicago winters in a garage and never had a problem.

I wouldn't worry too much. Take a look at the silicone before you fill it but you should be ine

i had a 200 gallon in my garage for a year
in B.C Canada.

You will be all set man, I stored a 55 in a tarp under my porch for 2 New England winters and after a good cleaning its like new!
