I recently downsized from 250 gallons between two tanks to a 29. I have two large pieces of mopani driftwood that i've had for many years but i dont have the tank space for them anymore. I dont want to let them dry because they'll crack and split and if i leave them in the pond, they'll decay. Do i have any other options? could i condition some water or adjust the pH to reduce the breakdown ?
