Ok, so I made the decision, and am switching my tank over to sand. This means that I have 50ish pounds of gravel to store. How do you store old gravel? I know I could put it in a bucket or something, but if i try to store it wet, I'm certain it'll mold, so how do you dry so much gravel??

Second- I have 40lbs of the black tahitian moon sand to clean up. And I have the system down for cleaning it (the bucket and rinsing and churning etc) But how clear is clear water?? It seems like this is taken longer than it should and I'm wondering if I'm expecting it to be too clear? The water looks clear when I pour it out... but looks slightly cloudy sitting in the bucket.

I have plenty of it stored in buckets.I first put it into buckets with a few small holes drilled in the bottom so it can drain and dry properly. Then I use buckets with lids to store it away.
