Will storing a glass 210 in an unheated garage over one winter (I live in upstate NY where it can get very cold) effect the integrity of the glass in the long term?

I doubt it will effect the glass maybe the silicone will shrink thou

Yes, it absolutely will. I have a solution for you tho, put it in my fish room.

Nah, I'm just kidding. Like doomiedee stated, I think the only thing that would be effected would be the silicone. I'd fill it up in the spring to double check the silicone seals, outside.

I have heard of some people putting vaseline on the seals when storing a tank long term, not sure if it helps or not. I once stored a 120 Gallon for a couple of years in an unheated garage and had no trouble when I set it up. Of course our lows here in Alabama are usually in the 20's in the winter.

Glass will absolutely fine, unless its been in the 20s and you decide to dump boiling water in it. If anything it will affect the silicone, but that would probably take decades to become an issue.

I'm not sure about silicone, but I've heard that vaseline/petroleum jelly are solvents to certain polymers
