OUCH!

Damn that sucks more ass than Andy Dick!

I have had a similar thing happen, both my Ac70's failed after tyhe power came back on. I was without filtration for awhile.

ooo man that sucks so bad.....i hope ur fish are cool...3k baby

Yea my buddy had a poweroutage and all of the fish in his 90 gal reef tank died except one! Boy was he mad!

During the big outage a few years ago I had to change some water every 5 hours or so. I am lucky enough to have a water spring on my lot. I have invested in a small generator to protect my fish. I have 15yrs invested in one fish alone. He is worth more than a freezer or fridge full of food. I have heard of battery operated air pumps. Have yet to find one in Canada

wow sorry for that my friend, I know kinda how you feel. I had a 60g not that big but my mom called me at like 7am (my room is above the garage) and she said her car was soaking wet so she unlocked my door and said there was about 3 inches of water in my tank. all of my filters shorted out, as did my heater. yea long story short, I was out another 143 dollars for an over priced 60g (should have bought bigger but didnt know enough then) andddddd we had to replace the beam in my house 8k. it just happend to be a main beam that got water damage. when the floor guys came over to inspect the beams, he goes... wow... I hope your insurance covers this one. blahhhhhhhhh:irked:
