Stramn's syn grow outs

Just grabbed 5 vieja syns for 15$ woot it time for a grow out thread!!

Any suggestions on how to get them big and beautiful? What I the growth rate on these guys?

Mine loves romaine lettuce and veggie rounds.

Mine grew fairly quick... def were not slow growers. Lots of water changes n a good staple!!!

They like sinking pellets. gulps NLS and Massivore ime

My old two Syns .. Red and blue variants

blue one is COA's Belize strain. Red one is F1 from Local member.

then at last ,blue one went to lfs. Red one went to MBTjake

Mine chowed down some freeze dried meal worms and some hikari gold and are doing good.

I picked up 2 at 2" a month ago. They have grown about 1/2" in that time. They are voracious eaters of anything I have fed:
- HBH Cichlid Frenzy flake.
- Hikari Cichlid Gold pellet.
- frozen beef heart
- frozen sea food mix
- frozen brine shrimp
- frozen blood worm
- cucumber slice, spinach, lettuce
- spirulina wafer
