I have three mature angelfish in a 125g aquarium with several catfish. They coexist peacefully, but recently all three of the angelfish have begun to act listless. They will float in the same location for long amounts of time, and normally are facing down with their mouths touching the gravel. When probed with a net they don't startle and simply continue to remain in their same location, nose down to the ground. If they do startle (which is rare,) they swim sideways and dig into the gravel as they try to escape the touch of the net. Occasionally the angelfish will resume swimming around the aquarium as usual, but there is a marked difference. The sluggishness remains apparent, and they pause for several seconds at a time with the same listlessness.
This behavior is very unlike them. They are normally very active swimmers and have their faces to the glass, begging for food whenever I walk by. I've checked the water parameters, and everything is normal.

Have any ideas why they are acting this way, and how I can fix it?

Have you noticed their poo? Sounds like hex to me, which is an all too common angelfish disease. White poo is a dead giveaway.

No, I haven't looked for the color of their poo. Hex? I need to research that. I'm not very savvy on that particular illness. Thank you for your reply!

Run a search on here and you'll get lots of hits - its pretty common. I've had poor luck treating it in the past, if your angels aren't eating you'll have a tough time treating them successfully. Good luck - I hope you fare better than I have with it.

Should I worry about this transferring over to the catfish in the same aquarium, or is this angelfish-specific?

It would be best to isolate them in their own hospital tank. Catfish are sensitive to alot of meds & also high heat is one way to treat hex - that will also be rough on he cats. Hex can transfer, but for now I would isolate the angels and just observe the cats closely.
