I was watching my tank this morning, and my largest archer did something which was odd but cool. He was swimming back and forth along the length of the tank, and every time he got to one end he would flip over upside down to turn around and swim that way about half way back across the tank. I saw it out of the coner of my eye the first time, but watched him do it about 8 more times.

Is there anything wrong, or has anyone seen this before?

I checked my water and it is all normal. I do have salt in the tank. Also though I came home yesterday to find one of my midsized archers had died. I will be doing a water change tonight when I get home, but any other suggestions?

absolutly none, they all look really healthy, so did the one that died yesterday. all alive and well accounted for today though

I was watching my archers today while doing water changes, and it seems that one of the smaller ones is trying to do the same manuver. The only thing I can see that is different is the tip of the tail on my largest 2 archers seems to be more yellow than i remember. Did a 50% water change today though, they all seem slightly more skiddish than usual

awesome thanks

what should i be checking for. i tested it with my test strips and everything is normal. everything is normal in the tank as well
