Strange behavior

So for almost a week my 5.5in marbled motoro male had been acting strange. Tail up swimming around agitated for a few mins at a time. Water parameters are 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and 15 nitrates. Eating market shrimp and earthworms. Tank mates are 2 other rays pups and a silver arowana tank is a 125gal growout.

Do any of the others look agitated at all? Or just the one?

Haha. Looks like he’s really excited exploring.

My marble likes to come out of his burrowing in the sand on his back finlets and raises his front end. Then takes off really fast, it almost looks like he is sneezing from the sand in his spiracles.

Now my pearl does the exact same little maneuver, as if he taught the pearl to do that. It’s quite comical to watch
