Strange color stingrays

I was looking at a website and i found this pic of a blue motoro and this is the most blue i have ever seen on a motoro if anyone has pics of rare colored stingrays please post them they'll be much appreciated.

I remember seeing that pic a while ago. Neither I, nor anyone else I've ever asked has seen one like that (even in pictures besides that one). It makes me wonder if the picture was enhanced or there was some sort of weird lighting.
