I have regular convicts and one of the fry looks like a pink see through convict but all the others look normal. Is that normal?

It could be possible if one of your breeder convict's parents or grandparents was a pink convict. the pink could be a recessive trait that just happened to come out.
I would wait and see if it get in color a little later on.

okay thanks
ill tell you about it when they grow a little

yea hes about an a half inch long and he looks like glass fish but with the shape of a convict. he has the tube that you can see going through his body. he looks really cool cant wait to see how he grows.

I just noticed some of my baby cons are kinda see-thru, i'm wondering if i have the same thing. Most of 'em are stripey, but a few are very light with no stripes at all. There are a couple of them that are really dark too, but their mom is very dark striped. Man i can't wait til they get bigger, they are so cute. I think i can tell which are female, some have red-bellies already. They are about 3-4 weeks old now.

Thats the food you feed them that you see as red. It's impossible for them to be sexually mature at 3-4 weeks.

sory to hijack but gotta ask, trixia you have a breeding pair of convicts in a 10 gallon with zebra danios and a tetra?

The slow growers develop WAY slower than the faster growing ones...
