Strange epiplepsy-like movements

Hey all, I just noticed that my Honduran Red Point (blue convict) was swimming around and suddenly seemingly having an epileptic episode or something after sifting through some gravel. He shook his body a bit a few more times, and is now... seemingly perfectly fine. My bristlenose also did it, once.

Just wondering if this is random fish behaviour or if this could be a sign of some sort of parasitic infection?

is there a female in the tank, cichlids do this as part of there breeding behaviour.

This, if there is a female.cichlid in the tank be is probably trying to court her. Sounds normal to me.
