I wanna put tile down on the bottom of the tank. I know alot of gunk and sh*t gets under the tile and I have some undergravle filters laying around. Is there a way I can lift up the tile and have the ungergravle filters under the tile? and also I have extra acrylic laying around aswell if needed! what do you guys think?
If so I wanna try to keep it ray safe aswell, any Ideas?

The water would have to be able to pass through the tiles, and where it comes through it would get clogged. Also, I believe that the gravel serves as a medium for an undergravel filter - without the gravel it wouldn't do much

yes, you could. that water flow over the under surface of a stone tile would provide you with a decent surface for biofilm so you would get some biological filtering from it, but not as much as with gravel.
you would need to figure out how much flow. if you want to avoid crud under the plates without the gravel to trap it, it will probably end up under the plates if you use airstones for the flow. a powerhead will keep it circulating to be picked up by a HOB or canister, but you'll need to clean it regularly since you'd be running unfiltered water through it..
you also need to figure out where that flow will come from. if you just draw from around the edges, would it hurt your rays to have that kind of suction pulling on their edges? if you draw from around each tile, how will you keep them at a good gap. can anything else in the tank get into the gaps?
