Strange lights

The last couple of mornings around 6am I've seen odd lights, not claiming they're supernatural/paranormal but confusing. I only saw them when heading west and over a distance of 10 miles. They are always about 100yds in front of me and in the sky at about a 30 degree angle. They resemble a flashlight moving across the sky at a very smooth and consistent path. My headlights are secure and properly aimed. Any suggestions?

possibly a big strobe, there's one in our community that can appear very close above even though it's kilometres away

that is what it should seemed to be but the way it moved it seemed as if would have been along the same road as me and I never passed a strobe. Then again it is early so my brain probably was still in bed.
