Recently I got 2 marbled motoro females from an import from Columbia. One of the animals is a nice looking fish, which can be easly recognised as a marbled motoro. The other however is a very light (almost yellow) coloured fish couvered with only a few spots and a lot of tiny marbleds. Both eat very well, however the light coloured fish already ate from the first day and is more active (especially during feeding) than the other, so I am sure this fish is not lightcoloured because of stress. I've included 2 pics of this animal. What do you guys think of this fish? Is it just a strange looking marbled / a hybrid?

If it is a hybrid; what kind do you think?

It also has a lot more marbelds that the other.

Both fish have a disksize from about 23 cm (10 inch).

Could be scarred. Pattern looks similar to my scarred marble.

this looks normal to me i have some darker and some lighter, variations in pattern. if they are eating well already this a good thing i my marbles have been a little difficult to get going good.

Marbles just vary widely in pattern IMO
