Sweating,
I have noticed something thats interesting.. to me atleast.

When I work hard and work up a good sweat, I have noticed after I shower my skin is very clear and and looks very healthy.

On days when I don't do as much physical activity and dont sweat, my skin can break out easier. When I wash my face or take a shower,my skin will be dryer than normal also.

I think in a way sweat can purify the skin. Purging toxins and oils from your skin is likely to have its benefits.

Has anyone else noticed this. Any thoughts or opinions.

Jer's question threads got me thinking about this.

I agree...
It's strange, but I usually look my best after some sort of physical activity or sports event, at least after I shower.

^^^ True that.

Maybe. I always thought about it with a different perspective. Such as when I do nothing all day, then take a shower, it's just ordinary. But when I take a shower right after working out of lacrosse practice; I think you just look cleaner than normal because you were all dirty and sweaty?

I don't know; maybe just because of the dramatic change from sweaty to clean. :p

you sweaty guys.

girls dont sweat, we glisten. hehe

You know what's great for your skin 15 minutes in sauna then right to a hot shower to keep pores open rinse with soap then go to COLD water to close pore's and to rinse all the grim away then warm to reopen and you'll feel like a million dollar's.
